We strive to provide our customers with the best service. Please read the return conditions below carefully.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

Is your package damaged during delivery? Please take a photo immediately and send it to our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Without proof, we cannot offer a refund, store credit, or a replacement item.

Incorrect Item Received

Did you receive the wrong item? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you did receive
  • A photo of the received item

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different product? You can place a new order for the desired item. As a courtesy, we will issue a partial refund on your original purchase. You may keep the first product. Note: This partial refund is only applicable if you actually place a new order with us.

Defective Product

If your product is defective, damaged during transport, or does not function correctly, we will fully cover the return shipping costs.

Returns Without Defect

Would you like to return an item because it doesn't fit or isn’t what you expected? No problem! However, please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled as they are processed and shipped immediately. If you no longer want the product, you may return it after receipt according to our return policy.
